We have changed our manufacturing methods for improved quality and freshness!

Effective August 4, 2022, our fresh curds sold on Thursdays will be made the day before, on Wednesday. 

We have made this change to ensure that our customers are receiving the finest, freshest, and safest cheese curd possible.
