At Arizona Cheese Co., savory cheeses
are made the good, old fashioned way....by hand in small batches. The milk used by Arizona Cheese Co. meets the highest
standards of excellence, is produced locally, and has no added hormones, or artificial additives. Small batches and the
freshest milk make a better tasting cheese.
Arizona Cheese Co. makes their cheese at the
United Dairymen of Arizona (UDA)
facility in Tempe (S/W corner of Broadway and Hardy), and sells it at the on-site
Milk n' More store. Cheese curds are made fresh every Thursday and ready by noon. Stop in to view the cheese curd packaging
and buy them right off the line.
These local cheeses are also available at Farmers' Markets throughout the valley. Cheese curds sold at Farmers' Markets
on Saturday were milk on Thursday, that's fresh!
